Refund & Returns Policy
1. Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your stamps without giving a reason.
• Condition of Return: To be eligible for a full refund, the stamp mixture must be returned in its original, sealed bag.
• The "Unpicked" Guarantee: As mixtures are sold as an "unpicked" mixture, we cannot accept returns for bags that have been opened, sorted through, or had the original dealer seal/label tampered with. Opening the bag signifies acceptance of the mixture's "as-is" variety.
• Return Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked 48) as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
2. Damaged or "Not as Described" Items
We take great care to ensure our mixtures are high quality and accurately described. If your item arrives and is significantly different from the description (e.g., you received the wrong country or a significantly lower weight):
• Please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
• We will provide a pre-paid return label or refund your return shipping costs.
• You will receive a full refund or a replacement (subject to stock availability) once the item is returned.
3. Nature of Mixtures (Exclusions)
Please note that philatelic mixtures are sold by weight and "as-is." A "faulty" claim cannot be made based on:
• Duplication: Mixtures naturally contain duplicates.
• Condition of Individual Stamps: Small percentages of damaged perforations or heavy cancels are industry-standard in mixture lots.
• "Finds": We do not guarantee the presence of specific rare watermarks, shades, or varieties.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us via our Contact Form with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Shopify Payments or PayPal) within 5 working days.
