1. Service Area

We exclusively ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We aim to dispatch all orders within [1-2] working days. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, providing you with end-to-end tracking and a photo confirmation upon delivery.

£15 - £149.99 Royal Mail Tracked 48 - FREE

£150+ Royal Mail Special Delivery - FREE *Special Delivery is used for high-value orders to ensure full insurance coverage.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your package's journey directly on the Royal Mail website or via the Royal Mail app.

4. Safeplace & Delivery Options

Because we use a fully tracked service, you have the flexibility to manage your delivery:

• Nominated Safeplace: You can nominate a "Safeplace" or a preferred neighbour through the Royal Mail website/app once you have your tracking number.

• Liability: Please note that once an item is confirmed as delivered to your nominated Safeplace or neighbour, the risk of loss transfers to you. We cannot be held liable for items stolen or lost after a successful delivery to a customer-requested location.

5. Items Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Check your nominated Safeplace or with your immediate neighbours.

2. Review the delivery photo provided in the Royal Mail tracking portal.

3. Contact us within 7 days of the "delivered" status so we can open a formal investigation with Royal Mail.

6. Incorrect Address Details

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, a re-delivery fee WILL apply.
