Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Stampede Stamps.

2. Eligibility and Service Area

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this store.

• Geographical Restriction: We exclusively sell and ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man). Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

3. Product Descriptions and Nature of Goods

• Kiloware Defined: Our products are "kiloware" mixtures sold by weight. By nature, these mixtures contain a variety of stamps that are largely unsorted.

• Condition: Stamps are primarily "used" and may include duplicates. While we strive for high quality, a small percentage of stamps may have minor defects (e.g., clipped perforations or heavy cancels) as is standard with bulk philatelic mixtures.

• Unpicked Guarantee: Items labeled "unpicked" or "as-is" have not been searched by us for rare varieties, watermarks, or specialized cancels.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Currency: All prices are in GBP (£).

• Payment: We accept payments via Shopify Payments and PayPal. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been cleared in full.

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time to reflect changes in market value or postal rates.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Dispatch: We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day.

• Carrier: Orders are primarily sent via Royal Mail using Tracked 48 service

• Risk: Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure.

6. Right to Cancel and Returns

• Cooling-off Period: In accordance with UK law, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel your order for a full refund.

• Sealed Goods: Due to the nature of collectible mixtures, returns are only accepted if the original dealer bag remains sealed and untampered with. Once the seal is broken, the items are deemed accepted and cannot be returned for "change of mind" reasons.

• Faulty Goods: This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are "not as described" (e.g., wrong country or incorrect weight).

7. Limitation of Liability

Stampede Stamps shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the goods.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (or Scotland/Northern Ireland, depending on your business location).
