This is the 1993 Eesti Postmargid (Estonian Postage Stamps) Year Pack. It is the third official year pack of the modern era, and it is a particularly significant one as it celebrates the 75th Anniversary of the Estonian Republic (1918–1993).

• Anniversary Value: 1993 was the "Diamond Jubilee" year for Estonian postal history, which makes this specific year pack a favorite for collectors who focus on the Baltic region's heritage.

• Condition: The black cover is prone to showing fingerprints and light scratches. However this version appears has a clean, deep-black finish and sharp edges.

Description & Contents

The 1993 cover is arguably the most "premium" looking of the early series, featuring a sleek black finish with gold and orange lettering. The central illustration is a stylized, modernist graphic of a profile with a sun/postal horn motif. The stamp featured on the cover is the 4 Krooni Anniversary stamp, which shows a classic orange "Eesti Post" 5-kopeck stamp from 1918 nested inside the modern 1993 design.

Major sets included in this 1993 volume:

• 75th Anniversary of the Republic: The flagship set of the year, celebrating the original 1918 declaration of independence.

• Europa 1993 – Contemporary Art: Estonia’s entry into this popular annual European series.

• Rare Animals (WWF): Includes the set featuring the Flying Squirrel (Pteromys volans), which is highly collectible for nature-themed philatelists.

• Estonian Landmarks: Continuing the "Lighthouses" and "Historic Buildings" series.

• 10th Anniversary of the Estonian National Museum: Celebrating the preservation of the country's culture
